How is time tracked in Flowton?

For activities that don't contribute to your goal, you set timers as non-bankable. Gradually increasing bankable time while decreasing non-bankable time is how you achieve your goals. Timers also include "reverse time" and "fast-finish" mechanics to help you on your quest.
